Where is the condo located?

5 miles south of downtown Moab, in Spanish Valley.

 

How far is the condo from Arches National Park?

11 miles, about 17 minutes.

How far is the condo from Canyonlands National Park?

36 miles, about 42 minutes.

​

How far is the condo from Dead Horse Point State Park?

39 miles, about 49 minutes.

​

How many beds?

2 king-size beds and 2 queen-size fold-out sofas.

How many bathrooms?

2 full baths upstairs, 1 with shower, the other with tub/shower combo.

Also, a half-bath on the main level.

How many TV's?

3 TV's: a large Roku TV on the main level; and 2 smaller TV's -- one in each bedroom.

How many bikes fit in the locked storage shed?

4 bikes comfortably. If you have extra bikes, they can be locked up on the back patio with your own cable/chain and padlock. We do not allow bikes inside the condo.

Are there security cameras?

Yes, we have security cameras on the front and back patios.

​

What does the back patio have?

A natural gas BBQ, table with 4 chairs and an umbrella shade, and 2 additional chairs. There are also string lights on the  patio that you can plug in.

Do you supply towels and other linens?

Yes. All linens are supplied including sheets, blankets, pillows, bath towels, hand towels, dish towels, washcloths, pool towels. Each fold-out sofa has a basket of bedding in the large closet upstairs. Extra blankets and pillows are in closets.

Can we check in early or check out late? 

In most cases, this is not possible, because the condo needs to be cleaned and maintained before/after your rental period. Additionally, early check in/late check out is only available if the condo is not being rented on either side of your desired dates. This is something that cannot be guaranteed. If you must have early or late days, it is best to pay the rental fee for the extra days. We will try to accommodate requests on a case-by-case basis, and you should expect a $50 charge for either one.

Can I have more people in the condo than the numbers you list?

No. We do not allow additional people to stay in the condo. It is fine to have friends visit, but the condo accommodates 8.

 

Can we smoke on the patio?

No. We maintain a smoke-free, pet-free residence. Smoking is only allowed 25 feet away from the condo.

What happens if there is a maintenance issue?

We try to keep our condo in excellent working condition, but sometimes events are out of our hands. In the event of a breakdown contact us immediately. We will do everything we can to get you up and running quickly.

 

If I damage something small, does insurance cover that?

The renter would pay for any damage.

Do you allow pets? 

Unfortunately, we have a "No Pets/No Smoking" policy. Violating this policy could result in forfeiture of your security deposit, or an additional charge to your primary payment method.
